How To Deposit A Check With Mobile Deposit
Making a deposit to your account is easy in our Mobile App. Follow these tips to make sure that your deposit goes through:
- Take a photo of the check in a well-lit area and try to avoid any shadows
- Smooth out any folds on the check
- Have a dark, solid background behind the check
- Keep your hands and fingers out of the picture
Make sure to hang on to your check for 45 days after the deposit. We ask you to do this in case there is an issue with the deposit. Feel free to shred the check after this time.
